The E2 Visa is a fantastic opportunity for foreign investors who wish to start or purchase a <\/span>business in the United States. Additionally, the visa is renewable, and there is no limit to the <\/span>number of times you can renew it. This makes it an excellent long-term option for those looking to expand their business in the US.<\/span> An E2 investor needs to have invested a \u201csubstantial\u201d amount <\/span>of capital in relation to the overall size of the business. An investment of US$100,000 is the <\/span>minimum recommended investment amount. The E2 applicant will need to prove to a consular <\/span>officer that they meet each of the E2 visa requirements.
